AnimationMaker is operated for users in the European Union and the United States. Where applicable, we follow GDPR/UK GDPR, ePrivacy, CCPA/CPRA, COPPA, DMCA and consumer-protection rules. This notice is for transparency and is not legal advice.

2. Data Collection & Firebase Cloud Sync

We collect only the data needed to run the service: Firebase authentication identifiers such as your email when you sign in, project metadata, drafts, preferences, billing or reward records, diagnostics, and the text or settings you choose to save. Firebase is used for authentication, storage and cloud sync so your projects and settings can be restored across devices. Generated videos are temporary export artifacts and are deleted after generation or download is complete; we do not sell personal data or use videos to train models.

3. Terms of Service

You may use AnimationMaker only for lawful content that you own or have permission to use. Do not create harmful, illegal, infringing, abusive, deceptive or privacy-violating content. We may limit or suspend accounts, remove synced data, or refuse service when needed to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these terms.

4. Cookies, Consent & Your Rights

Essential cookies and local storage keep the app, security, authentication and consent choices working. Optional analytics or advertising technologies are used only when enabled by consent settings. EU/UK users may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection. California and other eligible U.S. residents may request access, deletion, correction and opt out of sale/share; we do not sell personal data.

5. Refunds & Contact

Digital purchases, credits and subscriptions are delivered immediately after checkout. EU users who request immediate delivery acknowledge that statutory withdrawal rights may be lost once digital content is supplied.
